Overage hours beyond the booked block are billed at the applicable hourly rate. All crew arrives with professional kit — cameras, lighting, audio, and grip.

Yes — a signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to hold your shoot date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files.
For standard projects, 2–3 weeks advance notice is ideal. For multi-day commercials or large events, 4–6 weeks is recommended. Rush availability is occasionally possible — ask us.
Absolutely. Our day rates are available as standalone bookings. This is common for agencies and production companies who need additional crew or a second camera.
Yes. Travel within the Metroplex is included at no charge. Projects outside DFW are quoted with a travel and accommodation line item — always disclosed before you commit.
